I think the unit here is a good quick summary of basic English grammar. It starts very simply, but it starts effectively explaining sentence structure fast. As someone who is tutoring Japanese to an English speaker, I've recently really had to think about how to teach the different parts of speech in English- for instance, different forms of verbs- before I explain how those parts work in a different language. This unit was a decent English review for me and reminded me of some grammatical rules that I had forgotten some time ago.
