This unit revolves around the definition of a good teacher and his role in the classroom. A good teacher should be kind and patient as well as motivating. He should be organized and punctual. I learnt from this unit that as a teacher should act as a prompter and facilitator in a sense that he should encourage students to participate without giving them the answers directly. He should also involve all students with no exception. Besides,he should give students the chance to learn the language by themselves and here he'll only provide them with guidance. Hence, the role played by the teacher is very important for the success of the students. However, students will have a desire to learn only when the teacher succeeds in developing a good relation with them.
