I thought this unit was very thought provoking. There were several techniques and methods I found interesting and exciting. The Engage, Study, Activate (ESA) method was my favorite. I liked the flexibility it offered and it seems to fit my personality type. I enjoy getting to know my students and would possibly spend too much time conversing without this organizational model. But by following this structure, the students will learn in a more natural and efficient way.
