This unit covers on how we as teachers can assess students’ learnings through various methods, with a detailed introduction into different usages of various types of tests. This is not a long unit, but it is important, for us to understand that assessment is a major component of any course, and tests would commence from before students’ enrolment, up to the point when they finish a course, in various format. I would agree that as a teacher, one should be observant in their lesson, so tests are not relied on as the only evaluation tool of students.
