In unit 12, I have learned the importance of pronunciation, the techniques of being used to indicate intonation and stress, and the place ,manner and techniques of articulation. As pronunciation is always neglected by English teachers, their students can’t absorb the essence of the knowledge. After the learning of this unit, I realize that the teacher should be trained well at first, in this way, he or she can take the pronunciation as an important part of teaching to insure their students aware of the importance of accuracy and clarity of communication.
