This unit introduces the skills for lesson planning, and also shows examples of activities that can be used in an ESA lesson. I like to be organized and well-planned with my classes, so I have done some of the plannings discussed in this unit. It is very helpful, especially for a new course, timing is very important. Sometimes my teaching will go beyond the timing, so it is the true that teachers need to stay flexible with timing. Most of time, teachers focus more on learner objectives, while this unit reminds me that personal objectives is also worth attention.
