This unit accentuates the importance of lesson plan. As a teacher, i should equip myself with proper lesson plan beforehand to ensure the effectiveness of my class. With good lesson plan, i am able to carry out each activities in class to achieve my objectives and goals for the students and myself as a teacher. It acts as an aid in class, whenever i need to refer to to ensure the class is going well. In addition it allows me to keep on record on what has been taught and the other essential informations of the class. Although i can plan the lesson, it is better to not script the lesson, this will result in the class to be rigid and hence decreases the effectiveness of the class. At last i can say i should have proper lesson plan for every classes as an aid and guide to refer to but i should not be depended on that to be a effective and flexible teacher.
