This unit covers on past tense, and do require more time to digest, to understand its usage correctly. We’ve been using various tenses in our lifetime without full understanding of these, and to teach non-English speakers about these, I can imagine the difficulty. I would particularly say the usage of each type is extremely useful for us to visualize how the tense relates to its usage. Upon completion of the course, I do plan to tabulate the twelve tenses, and practice further to ensure I can teach tenses with full confidence. It is also great that the setup of the chapter is consistent with the previous unit of present tense, allowing us for easy reference.
