from this last unit, we learned some of the most common problem situations that teachers can encounter in the classroom and also suggest ways of dealing with them. first lessons, these classes are vital for the teacher to establish rapport with the students and set the tone for the rest of the course. warmers is try to do a ice breaker before get into study. for different levels of students try to pair stronger students with weaker ones. don't focus individual students too much on a large class, it is ok if students use their native language during class, because they might use it to help other students or try to express their thought. try to use plenty of pair work to help the students who don't seen to want to talk or participate in class. pre teach potentially difficult vocabulary to help the students with poor listening.
