This unit relates to lesson plans and highlights the benefits of having a lesson plan in order to be prepared for the objectives that the teacher would like to achieve during that time. It also emphasises the importance of allowing flexibility into the plan and not keeping to a fixed structure in order for the students to get the most benefit out of the class. keeping lesson plans also allows the teacher to keep a record of what the students have previously covered. Included in this topic are examples of lesson plans and work sheets. The lesson plan in particular was very helpful in reinforcing the ESA structure.
