In this lesson, I have learned that it is important that when teaching the proper use of modals, phrasal verbs, and passive voice, the teacher must make sure that students understand the concepts well. It is because when to properly use the correct modal to express the intended purpose is very important. In a similar sense, knowing the difference between the types of phrasal verbs can help students understand that some phrasal verbs, when separated, can still make sense, and that there are some that don't.
