Unit 17 goes over the tools that are used by teachers and there different purposes. This includes there advantages and disadvantages along with levels of effectiveness. Teaching aids that cover both the visual and auditory spectrum are discussed. Different forms of media including YouTube, DVD's, and cassettes are all explained in depth and how each can be beneficial to the student and an effective aid in delivering a lesson. More traditional approaches such as board work and projectors are also covered and the necessary checklist needed prior to teaching a class.
