No matter what’s the teacher’s personality is, we will find our own style of teaching through practice in the classroom. we must learn Classroom management and learn how to inspire students confidence and we must learn when to firm and when to leave the students alone.
We learn that how to use eye contact, gesture and the voice to dominant the class.
There are different ways to group the students, including whole class grouping, students work on their own and pairwork. Each ways has the pros and cons. according the our class we need to use different ways. I always use the pairwork way , but after studying this lesson ,I learnt I should always vary the grouping ways.
We also learnt how to use classroom arrangement, how to use board, how to maintain discipline, how to build rapport relationships between teacher and students and between students and students. I think building a good rapport is very important, so the students are ready to take the class pleasantly and get them involved actively.
