This unit gives us a better understanding of :level testing, need analysis ,syllabus designing and examinations prepared for young leaners. We use the five level CEF scale for testing .When the teacher have gained some knowledge about the student through the level testing then the next step is need analysis ,which gives an idea of the students previous learning experiences and based on that the language syllabus is designed to meet the needs of the student ,again this also has some limitation which can be met and altered. Depending on how long the course is and how it is broken down ;The lessons should be planned in such a way that there should be one lesson for introduction,Pre-planned lessons on different topics and at least one progress tests through out the course. This assessment tests monitors the progress of the students and the efficiency of the program which is then followed by CYLE examinations.
