This unit reviews the methodologies of the Engage, Study, and Activate phases of each lesson by providing examples through a lesson plan. The lesson plans were also described in depth as a flexible guideline for each class to foster learning and teacher organization. The learning objectives promote the focus of what the teacher hopes to teach the students by the end of the lesson. The personal aims of the lesson help the teacher become clear on their own personal objectives as well as affording them the opportunity to monitor growth. They notate areas of possible dysfunction as well as positive aspects which helps the teacher to learn from their mistakes and improve.
