This unit seems to cover problem solving techniques a teacher might face in the classroom from the first lesson to how he can get an organized classroom for professional learning experience. This is the first time I'm coming across the word "warmers" which is a very good idea for making a classroom active before the lesson even begins. Most of the reasons behind failure of students is from the teacher, the teaching technique is the basic approach to learning. Different levels of students must be treated differently if success is the aim. As a result of various experience of students with various teachers the students level of interest is developed. The use of native language can also be a barrier for students if they know the teacher will answer them in the native language off course the student will not try hard to make efforts in learning faster.
