Unit 3 is about course development and testing. It discussed CEF which is used to grade one's level proficiency in this unit. Each five level equals to individual competencies. Need analysis for kids isn't class discussion but a class rules. Making syllabus, we need to take note of the factors- employers, time constraints, resources, cultural issues and students. There are different syllabus design. Each design has advantages and disadvantages. Also, there are examinations which assess students level or progress.
I learned that feedback from students is useful. It evaluates materials and suggests improvement. And we must base our syllabus on our objectives to achieve our goals.
