I really enjoyed watching the two videos, though the first was hard to watch as the instructor was disorganized and critical. The second video showed a good example of an effective study phase with gap fills, charts, grammar corrections. I liked how in the second video the teacher came back to errors students made, without being critical. It is also so clear how a simple introduction and smiling during teaching completely change the tone and effectiveness of a whole lesson.
