Unit 2: This unit gives a brief introduction of language learning theories that were used behavioral science throughout the 20th century.
It categorizes Young Learners into 2 age categories: 5- 9 and 9 – 13. Both groups have their own teaching approaches. Group 1 loves an animated atmosphere with songs, role play, pretend, etc.. while group 2 prefers a more ''mature'' approach but of course with a lot of animation.
