This unit covered the 4 forms of past conjugation of verbs, the parameters of their use, and how to teach them. I found the unit very clear and informative, especially the algorithm layout indicating the affirmative, negative and question form conjugations, as seen in previous units. I would have appreciated, however, more detailed exemplars of how to set up lessons in order to teach this section of grammar, which I believe may be particularly difficult to understand for learners of English as a second language. Regardless, after studying this unit, I feel much more capable of explaining to learners the appropriate contexts for the use of each past tense form.
