What i have learnt from this course is that for the first meeting with learners, i will examine level testing and the need analysis for those learners.There are different type of syllabus. To allow the teacher to measure the efficacy of the program and to allow students to monitor their progress, it is important to plan testing of assessment of Learning. It in necessary to ensure that the tests are marked very shortly after they are given, that they are annotated and returned to the students as soon as is practicable and that some form of remedial teaching takes place to cover common areas of weakness indicated in the test results.
