This unit contains helpful infomation on how to keep the class in order and how to establish the rapport with the students. For example, the teacher should seem confident and make an eye-contact with the students as much as possible unless it is pair or group work so students will not feel confused or shy because of the teacher literally "staring " at them. Moreover, this unit suggests the teacher using some gestures like "please keep quiet, stop, good, right , wrong.etc." It also states the importance of using the voice in the right way - changing the voice usually can attract students' attention to the new activity .While arranging the classroom , the teacher should always keep in mind students' age, nationality,personality and physical space available. It can be a good idea to put weak and stong students together so they can help each other. Besides, the teacher while giving attention to individual students should always remember not be fully hogged by one student or pick only weak or only strong student, the class should be unpredictable so children's attention will be concentrated on the classroom activities.
