A teacher should learn the different methods and techniques that he can use based on the capabilities of his students. Each student has different motivation and drive in learning the language, therefore, a teacher must apply a different approach based on his students. It was taught that it is still being debated on what is the best methodology an english teacher should use to optimize his lessons to the students.
In teaching the students, a teacher must have his students on board by enhancing their desire to learn the language. Upon having everyone with the lesson, a teacher may use games that would stimulate the minds of the students and therefore making them learn the language in a fun and easy way. The students must then apply and practice the lessons they have learned and by this making his learning more natural in a way that they are relaxed in using the language.
It was reminded that the teacher must maximize the use of english during the class and discourage the class in using their native language during the lesson and practice the lessons being taught.
