I have really enjoyed this course. It gave me the means of analyzing my prior experiences in France and improving my teaching skills on a more professional level for my next assignment. I am working towards making this my career, and this course has reaffirmed that. It addressed important aspects of teaching that I had never considered before and gave me a much more organized picture of where I want to go with lesson planning. It showed me effective methods of bringing everything I have to the table. It also opened up a wealth of resources I would not have known about otherwise. I plan on using these improved skills in my next assignment. I'll be teaching english in france again this coming year, and I could not be more excited. I'll be teaching a younger crowd this time, at the middle school level, so the younger learner sections will be very helpful. Jon, my tutor, gave me excellent feedback throughout the course as well. This course was a big step in the right direction. I am much more confident now in my abilities as a teacher.
