I'm not sure if it is because I have been out of school for so many years, but I must admit that this has been the most rewarding course that I have ever taken.
I was surprised to see how bad I was at grammar, because I have always prided myself for my english grammar, but it was hard to learn it for teaching to others. Luckily the course units are so well written that after reading it over at least 2 times, I began to comprehend it much better.
I truly gained a lot though from all the units that dealt with classroom management and how to deal with different situations when I am out there teaching. I enjoyed the course about the different roles that a teacher can take in the classroom, I enjoyed the lesson materials course, and the video course was a favorite too (it ended up helping me with Unit 18!).
I'm very glad that I chose to use ITTT's program, because in my opinion and after speaking with friends who went with other programs, I think I got the most value out of my dollar. I look forward to going out there and teaching!
