I have gained how to deal with different groups of students with different approaches. Each group is unique so the method of teaching should be flexible for the students. Also I have learned how important ‘Engage’ part is. I’ve met teachers who were used to pass the step and I found boring easily. If a teacher can use the engage stage properly, the mood of classroom could be completely changed. And also it was a good chance for me to review tenses and some words related to teaching grammar.
