The biggest gain for me will be the concepts used in defining the parts of a lesson using the ESA method. I will be using this form of outline and its variances, boomerang, and patchwork for the creation of my lessons. I have always used outlines, but this classroom specific format I think will work well. Especially for my own notes, to gauge where the class has been and what material has been covered.
