Although with a profession such as this, I think the best teacher is time or experience, I do feel that this course has provided me with a new sense of perspective. I don’t necessarily agree with everything that was taught or recommended throughout the chapters, especially the lesson plans. I simply feel that the best way to go about that is finding my own way to do it (something that better fits me). However I will take what I have learned and what was recommended, and use it to the best of my abilities. For example, I now feel that I have a better understanding in grammatical structures. This is especially useful when my (university) background itself is not in teaching. Overall, I feel this course was very useful and will help me during my time as a teacher.
