The topic of the third lesson is heavily focused on the methods of teaching, ranging from techniques used from thousands of years ago to ones formed in the 19th century. Each method has its own positive and negative aspects, which I took careful time looking through. Obviously the ESA system is the best of them--with very little drawbacks )noisiness, repetition) and ways to overcome them (patchwork method)--but I feel that it would be beneficial to mix methods together. For example, having an ESA focused plan with splashes of Suggestopaedia interlaced, perhaps by adding music. Feeling out a method for me, personally, seems it will be very trial-and-error, but i'm excited to try.
