The unit covers the future tense and its forms. Though there are some patterns that resemble the present and past tenses, I can see how the future tense could present unique challenges to ESL learners; specifically the "going to", "present simple", and "present continuous" forms. In studying this lesson, I found myself second-guessing quite a bit and I can only imagine the challenge to be so much greater for English language learners. The learning activities presented in this lesson seem fun and approachable and I hope to incorporate them in future classes.
