Managing a class looks very challenger because you will be alone with all the responsibility to provide the knowledge every student expected to get from you and at same time, will be on your hands to keep the class control and rapport as good as possible. As a mother I think it can be advantageous at on point no matter the students age but need to take care to not treat the group you are in charge, specially if they are kids, like you deal with your on kids at home. Many topics presented in this unit like TTT and STT brought a better explanation how to balance between both and avoid to be a big "chat box" during the lesson.
