We studied examine the qualities, roles and responsibilites of both teachers and students in this
unit. A good teacher should be kind , patient, lively and entertaining also be able to motivate
learners. We can learn about role the teacher. Teacher will have following roles : Manager or
controller, Oragnizer, Assessor, Prompter, Participant, Tutor, Resource or Facillitator, Model,
Observer or Monitor. In case of learners of English we should consider some factor, such as age,
culture, first language, language experience, nervousness, language awarenessm, behaviour
problems, life experience and motivation for learning.
