Within the classroom setting there are a number of different resources that can be used to assist visually in teaching to the students. Utilizing a mix of these difference resources allows for the students attention to be maintained while not allowing them to be bored by the over use of one particular resource. In this day and age we put strong reliance into technology and thus classrooms can range in their resources due to their locations. Some classrooms will have top of the line technological resources while others may only have one or two to utilize. By assessing this information in the very beginning, they will have a better idea of how to properly organize their lesson plans utilizing all these resources. SmartBoards are one of the strongest resources to have as it allows for multiple different uses of the board. A teacher can stand up front doing everything or they can run it from the computer itself. Basically a SmartBoard is a package deal as it does everything that you need in one item rather than having ten different items.
