I found Unit 7 to be extremely valuable. Unit 7 gives a comprehensive overview on teaching a new language. Grammar, vocabulary, and functions are all crucial branches of the English language and it's important to understand these before going forward learning English the correct way. I enjoyed learning the different ESA structures such as Patchwork, Straight Arrow, and Boomerang. My personal favorite would be the Straight Arrow based on the simplicity of the structure.
