Unit 9 was about lesson planning. It's important to be well prepared before going in front of the class. First of all, I think that a good lesson planning is also about timing. It's polite to be present at the time and create a positive atmosphere for the class. During this unit I learned how to make a formal lesson plan, and what kind of activities, exercises and engage methods can be used during the lesson. Still I think, that teacher should be flexible and at times go with the flow, if the students needs more time for some exercise or if the students get excited about some task.
