I still need a deeper understanding on how the Engage, Study, and Activate work. For example, in engage stage, this is the part where you give a topic based on the interests of the students. Know what they know about that given topic. For the study phase,pre-teach some problematic vocabularies. Do find out their comprehension with the topic. Lastly, activate stage is where you do an activity with them the students in where they can create their own topic and let the classmates guess something about that said topic.
Remember: scanning - specific ideas and skimming - general ideas.
