This unit discussed about the ways on how to teach productive skills in english such as writing and speaking. This unit also discussed about the importance of games and how it will be helpful in motivating and making the lessons fun. The main focus of the unit was to distinguish how accuracy and fluency differ and how they could be used in specific parts of the ESA methodology. The important guidelines that helps the aspiring teachers to teach the speaking skill was also discussed. In my opinion, speaking and writing in a new language is a very challenging lesson to understand. Because there are other cultures and countries who use a different type of structure compared to the english structure. But with the help of the guidelines provided in this unit, it might help us aspiring teachers to properly choose activities that will suit our students and make learning fun for them.
