Managing the class is one of my weaknesses to,thank you for the guide and this lesson is a good tools for me to understand well how to establish a good rapport to the students and how they will listen to you and respect you as a good teacher. Before I really don't like student so noisy in the class ,like talk a lot,but now I understand that through speaking they will learn well. Most of the parts in this unit seem to just be a matter of fact when dealing with large groups of people in general, so it should be easy to remember. Now I just need to add a teaching spin to it and remember to always foster a rapport with the students. What I liked most about this unit was the reccomendations for what to do when a problem arrises or someone acts out in class.
