This unit highlighted the importance of sentence structure and how that structure can completely change the meaning of a sentence if used incorrectly. I learned a lot about the different types of verbs, nouns and adjectives and the role each different type plays in sentence structure. This unit also showed creative ways of teaching these sentence structure rules to a class.So close to the end of this course, I can see the light at the end of tunnel already. What did I learn... hmmm... I found the passive voice quite interesting. It's something I never thought about when speaking. Yet it makes so much sense when you think about certain situation you'd use it in. I feel like that sort of lesson can only be truly understood by advanced students.
