This unit was helpful in providing different types of class discipline issues and effective ways of dealing with them. I will make sure I keep my lessons fun so I can avoid boredom. The suggestions for working with 1-1 students are helpful since I'm planning on teaching online where the majority of lessons will be 1 on 1. I will try to work in new vocabulary during our conversations.Lesson planning is meant to be a general outline of the day's class, not a rigid structure. It needs to be flexible and also needs to be easy to reference if necessary. There are different ways to plan out the class, with each part of the class - study, engage, activate - having different activities that need to be planned out in a logical order to make sure the lesson runs smoothly.
