This unit shows how receptive skills are important in the learning process. I have learnt the ways to deal with languages difficulties by Pre-teaching vocabularies and careful selection of texts. I have also learnt how to simply create interest at the first phase "Engage" in order to make the lesson more interesting and what kind of activities should be used later in study and activate phase. There is also a great example of "Patch work" which is incredible to teach receptive skills.
