This unit covers reported speech and conditionals. There are four types of conditionals: zero, first, second, third, and mixed. These are also sometimes referred to as "if" sentences. Since they almost always use the word "if". These conditionals cover situations like zero conditionals where the action will always happen if the condition is met, all the way to hypothetical situations and past inactions.
Following that, reported speech is covered along with all the parts that go into that: such as direct speech, use of quotation marks, and which tense is appropriate to use in those situations.
