One thing I found interesting was the past perfect continuous. The past prefect continuous is used to talk about longer actions or situations in the past that had been going on continuously up to the past moment that we are talking about.I also found interesting the idea of irregular verbs. Previous to this I never realised that usually when making a verb perfect past tense you just add ed, but with irregular verbs students just need to memorise them.
