From this unit I've learnt that there are reseptive (they include reading and listening) and productive (they include writing and speaking) skills. There were mentioned receptive skills and the ways of teaching them. I've known that there are different reasons for reading and listening and that skills students will use during that and their understanding of te context will depend on what they want to get or know from the text. Also I've learnt that teacher should select texts, topics and tasks for improving receptive skills carefully to create interest and inspire students to study more. Moreover teacher shouldn't forget to consider level of his students when he prepares tasks for students.
