Unit 20 is about Troubleshooting. It addresses different potential problems and how to deal with them. These issues include 1st lessons, the use of native language, large classes, reluctant students, multi level classes, difficulties with listening texts & students who work at different speeds. Some of these problems have come up in my personal experience & I'm glad to have toe expert advice. I have found your course very interesting, informative, reassuring & helpful. I don't feel 100% at ease with making my own lesson plans yet but I believe this will come with experience.
