Unit 17 introduces us to the various types of equipment that we may have available to us to assist us with our lessons. Even old standards such as the board are still used in everyday classrooms and there are more technologically advanced pieces of hardware such as the board and projectors that we need to know about. Visual aids, worksheets and audio-visual equipment are also useful when we want to stimulate our students' interest. In addition to the usual course books, additional reading aids such as resource books, dictionaries, computers and the internet can be introduced to provide further study as well as help to give students clearer understanding.
