This unit is focused on how to teach productive skills which are speaking and writing. Both skills carry a significant in learning the English language, but requires different technique to teach. Speaking could be corrected on the spot but in writing some aspects are equally important as it give impact to the meaning such as punctuation, grammar and spelling. Writing as well is a more challenging task compare to speaking, because some culture have their own way of writing, like for example a Chinese or a Korean student do not write in letters but using their character such as Mandarin.
