i was impressed from this unit is that a good teacher who really care about teaching need cares even more about the learning of the students. i thought previously that a good teacher should have a good subject knowledge and be patient by standing at a teacher's perspective. i ignore the sensitivity of individual difference and expect all students have same preogress. inversely, i realize how important of accepting the differences among the student and building personal connection with them. on the other hand, i realize how valuable of protecting the initiative of the student, which benifit them for self-study in future.
