This unit has detailed the various tenses used to express future events. These are simple future, future continuous, future perfect, future perfect continuous and the "going to" forms. The structures of the tenses, their various usages, typical errors made by students and activities that could be used with your students in the activate stage were introduced.
It was also interesting to learn how the present continuous and present simple tenses could be used to describe actions in the future.
The task section was useful as it gave me an opportunity to summarise the important points in this unit.
