Managing classes has different factors, from the uniqueness of the students to the learning environment they are situated in. As the captain of the learning ship, it is up to us to control what we can and let the things we cannot control to flow freely. The teacher must adapt and adjust to these factors that he/she cannot control.
The teacher must build a conducive learning area by making sure that the classroom is set up properly according to the class needs and establish a balanced atmosphere for learning, not too tight nor too loose.
Each student is unique. They learn at their own pace, some faster or slower than others. The teacher must make sure that self-confidence is build up for better learning and for more chances or opportunities for student talk time. With this uniqueness, there will be problems and the teacher must understand that students will have off days or will become unruly. The best way to approach this is to be the solution not another problem in their life.
